Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist offering teletherapy to adults living in California and Washington State. I help people cope with anxiety, depression and family conflict. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can uncover patterns, build resilience, and create meaningful change in your life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood and empowered to make positive changes. As a trauma-informed holistic therapist, I take into account the mind-body connection and how one influences the other. In our sessions, I will work alongside you to form a therapeutic alliance to help you heal and grow.

What you can expect from our first session

We'll begin with introductions, where we can learn more about each other. Then, we'll explore your decision to participate in therapy and complete an initial intake. This will allow me to get to know you and your history better and let us determine the best therapeutic approach for you. We'll discuss your goals for therapy, which will inform a plan for us to work through future sessions. The initial meeting allow us to get to know each other and determine if we are a good fit to work together.
