Great to meet you!

My passion is helping others find their voice and navigate life’s challenges with greater intention and balance. Sometimes finding your voice means learning to understand what you need, set boundaries, and make space for the life you actually want. I work with adults, particularly those navigating relationships, major life changes, trauma, or who feel disconnected from themselves. Whether you're working through relationship challenges, recovering from difficult experiences, or simply realizing you want something to change, my goal is to support you in living more authentically and in alignment with your goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I believe therapy should help you better understand yourself while giving you practical tools to create meaningful change. Together, we'll explore the patterns and experiences that have shaped you, identify what may be getting in your way, and work toward healthier boundaries, communication, and relationships. Whether you are a neurodivergent or neurotypical adult, I am dedicated to meeting you exactly where you are in your journey. My approach is rooted in inclusivity, ensuring that every client feels understood and supported in a space tailored to their unique needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, we'll focus on building a safe and comfortable space where you can share your story at your own pace. You don't need to arrive with everything figured out. We'll work together to understand what's happening, identify your goals, and determine where it makes sense to begin. I want you to feel heard and supported. I want to learn more about what brings you to therapy and discuss how we can work together as we begin your journey toward healing and personal growth.
