Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I hold licenses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and specialty certification as a Certified Advanced Drug & Alcohol Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am a firm believer in everything that happens creates the person. I am a whole life counselor and work with people to explore what it would take to move past the difficult times in life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I’m a psychodynamic therapist and I believe anything can be material for therapy. I take a whole life approach and believe that all things can be part of a person’s challenge.

What you can expect from our first session

In the first session I will give an introduction and get some introductory information. Then we will get right to work and talk about your motivation for treatment. We will unpack and wade through the issues you want to address.
