I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that life’s challenges are best navigated with compassion, curiosity, and a little bit of humor. I graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Master's of Education in Counseling in 2018 and have been practicing for 7 years in a variety of settings.

My holistic approach blends practical strategies with a deep understanding of family systems, helping you uncover patterns, build healthier connections, and create meaningful change. I am EMDR trained and utilize other modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Family Systems.
While in session, you’ll find a warm, nonjudgmental space where it’s safe to be your authentic self—messy thoughts, tough emotions, and all. I foster an atmosphere of trust, respect, and genuine connection, where laughter is welcome and vulnerability is met with compassion. Clients often describe my office as both grounding and uplifting—a place where you can exhale, feel heard, and start untangling life’s challenges without pressure or pretense.
