My primary approach to therapy is through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am Level 3 IFS-trained. Additionally, I have studied many therapeutic and spiritual systems over the years and consider myself to be an integrated psychologist. IFS is an empowering, evidenced-based model of psychotherapy that focuses on the client's internal system and the goal of IFS is to help clients heal wounded parts through the use of Self energy and bring their systems into greater balance and harmony.
