Great to meet you!

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 7 years. I have earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sciences in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University.

My love for people is why I felt led to this field. I have a passion for helping people discover their inners strength as I walk along side them to help celebrate their victories.

I have experience working with adolescents and adults in Trauma-Sexual and Domestic Violence, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Military Sexual Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Grief and loss.

I believe every person has the potential to be who they desire to be, they just need some help along the way. Let's walk down the path together and discover the you, you were meant to be.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to counseling. I don't believe one type of therapy works for all, as we are all different.

What you can expect from me

I hope each client I meet with feels welcome and accepted. I never want anyone walking away feeling as if they were not heard or validated.
