Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual therapist with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and children from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds. Since 2017, I have been dedicated to helping clients navigate challenges such as trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. My professional experience includes working with survivors of traumatic events, including being selected to provide counseling services for survivors affected by the Pulse tragedy. I believe that each person’s unique experiences and identity shape how they approach healing, and I strive to create a welcoming environment where clients feel seen, respected, and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to be their authentic selves. I meet clients where they are, taking time to understand their experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we explore patterns, develop practical coping strategies, build resilience, and create meaningful pathways toward healing and growth. I tailor treatment to each individual’s needs while drawing on evidence-based practices to support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your concerns, personal history, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve through counseling. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine whether I’m the right fit for your needs. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can begin sharing your story at your own pace and leave with a clearer sense of direction and support for your therapeutic journey.
