Great to meet you!

I am a Mexican-American therapist who believes in accessible mental healthcare for everyone. I aim to make therapy a safe space by working collaboratively with my clients. My therapeutic style utilizes trust, respect, and open-mindedness. I hope to foster a welcoming space for clients to be their genuine selves. I utilize identify-affirming practices as well as radical acceptance in my care with clients. I have experience working with individuals who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community as well as individuals with diverse backgrounds. I support clients with varying ages and tailor a unique approach for each individual.

My approach to therapy

My work relies on psychodynamic approaches as well as CBT, Strengths-Based, and Motivational Interviewing. These modalities work well with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship conflicts, family stress, codependence, PTSD, adjustment issues, low self-esteem, and folks who struggle with perfectionism.

What you can expect from me

Pursuing therapy takes courage and willingness. I hope to support you alongside your mental health journey. Please reach out for a free 15 minute consultation to see if we may be a good fit. In our first session, we will review personal goals and needs to support your growth. Thanks for reading, and hope to hear from you soon.
