Great to meet you!

“This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival. A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor.” I strive to create a space where healing occurs - a place where you can sit with difficult thoughts, emotions and behaviors, and develop the tools to transform them. My style is warm and supportive, creating an environment that fosters self-acceptance.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic framework is holistic, integrating mind and body. I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. I'm also trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Psychodrama, Gestalt and Focusing. The tools we use will be based on your specific needs.

What you can expect from our first session

Challenges present opportunities for change and growth. Therapy can help bring a focus to opportunity. Working together you will gain the skills needed to cope with whatever challenges you face. Call for a free 20 minute phone consultation to see if working together feels right for you. Licensed in NY, NJ and TN. Telehealth appts. available.
