Great to meet you!

You are more than your symptoms. Whether you're struggling with trauma, anxiety, addiction, or relationship challenges, therapy can be a space to better understand yourself, heal from painful experiences, and reconnect with the life you want to live. I believe we are wired for hope and resilience, and that with the right support, change is possible at every stage of life.

My approach to therapy

Trauma-informed care is at the heart of how I practice. I integrate multiple evidence-based approaches to provide a personalized, holistic approach that fits with your goals and lived experience. I also use insights from neuroscience to help you better understand how your brain and nervous system adapt to life experiences. I prioritize creating a collaborative space where safety, trust, and choice are central to the therapeutic process. You set the pace of our work, and we adjust our focus and depth to match what feels manageable and supportive for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another. We'll talk about what brings you in, your mental health history, and what you hope will become possible through our work together.
