Great to meet you!

Seeking support can be one of the most courageous steps you take. Life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, eating disorders, relationship challenges, life transitions, and struggles with self-worth or identity. Together, we'll create a safe, compassionate space to better understand your experiences, process difficult emotions, identify unhelpful patterns, and build the skills needed to create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I pull from psychodynamic and relational centered principles alongside evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, RO-DBT, ACT and optional therapy dog support to promote individualized, meaningful whole-person healing.

It's my belief that connection is at the heart of healing. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected as you move toward a life that feels authentic and meaningful. You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out—I’d be honored to support you on your journey.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. We'll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brought you to therapy, exploring your current challenges, and identifying your goals. I'll ask questions about your personal history, relationships, strengths, and what's been working—or not working—for you. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you. By the end of the session, you'll have a better understanding of how I work, and together we'll begin developing a plan that feels collaborative, personalized, and focused on helping you create meaningful, lasting change.
