Great to meet you!

I’m bilingual in Spanish with 10+ years as a clinician, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, work/school stress, and relationship issues. I believe in the power of empathy and creating a space where clients feel heard. I also help people set healthy boundaries and break free from people-pleasing, watching them grow and find balance. I offer EMDR with insurance.

My approach to therapy

I’m someone who genuinely cares about understanding my clients. I’ve helped many people find success in setting boundaries and letting go of people-pleasing habits, and it’s been so rewarding to see them grow and thrive.

What you can expect from me
