Great to meet you!

I am so happy you are here! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 5 years experience working with children and families using an attachment based lens to help their emotional, behavioral and trauma based symptoms/ experiences. I love empowering children and families with the tools needed to help them feel valued and seen. I am also very passionate about women's based issues, especially around pregnancy/ infant loss/ infertility.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an attachment based lens and also utilize play therapy, CBT, MI, art therapy and Solution Focused.
