Great to meet you!

I believe that therapy is a partnership built on trust, compassion, and respect. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and experiences. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. I understand that seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, and I strive to meet you where you are while helping you build the skills and confidence to create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, individualized, and evidence-based. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. When appropriate, I incorporate trauma-informed techniques, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support clients in processing difficult experiences and developing healthy coping strategies. I believe each client is unique, so I tailor treatment to your specific goals, strengths, and needs while fostering a supportive environment that encourages growth, resilience, and self-awareness.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and the goals you'd like to achieve. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about my approach and discuss any concerns you may have about the therapy process. Together, we'll begin developing a plan that is tailored to your needs, and my priority is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and comfortable as we begin working toward your goals.
