I've been in the helping profession 10 years. I offer a versatile background of experience working with adolescents & adults, HIV, LGBTQ+, homeless, mothers, persons on probation on a variety of areas, including but not limited to ADHD, mood and anxiety, substance use, motherhood, life transitions. My career is my passion but outside of this I love spending time with my two little kiddos, family, kitty cats, and friends.
I believe everyone has the potential to achieve optimum wellness, but no one is a one-size fits all. Change is the only thing that is constant and progress and growth inevitably involves change which comes a variety of challenges and with this sometimes we come to accept some help and support. I have learned and continue to remind myself of this daily. I look forward to having the opportunity to provide a safe and warm environment without judgement to explore, learn, and collaborate with you.
