Great to meet you!

I provide therapy for adults who are looking for answers and a path forward. I know how hard it can be when you're struggling, and I'm here to help. I graduated from Adler University in 2013 and have spent my career doing both neuropsychological testing and therapy. Today, I bring that neuropsych experience into the therapy room, working with people navigating ADHD, learning disorders, parenting difficulties, adjustment challenges, and mood disorders like depression and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, practical, and focused on you. I draw on my neuropsychology background to understand how your mind works and what might be getting in the way. Together, we'll identify your goals and build a real, workable plan to ease your struggles.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on you feeling safe and comfortable. We'll spend time building trust, talking through what's going on, and getting clear on your goals. From there, we'll start sketching out a practical plan for moving forward. Think of it as the first step in a partnership designed around what you need.
