Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing individual and family therapy to adults navigating a wide range of emotional and life challenges. My work is grounded in helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful change. I bring a thoughtful, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to meet clients where they are while supporting steady progress toward their goals.

I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma and post-traumatic stress, relationship and attachment concerns, grief and loss, life transitions, and emotional regulation difficulties. I have extensive experience supporting clients with trauma histories, boundary challenges, codependency patterns, and recovery-related concerns. In my work, I utilize evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, trauma-informed care, and interpersonal approaches. I integrate insight-oriented work with practical coping strategies to help clients build both awareness and lasting skills.

Clients can expect sessions to feel supportive, structured, and collaborative, while still allowing space for reflection and emotional processing. I work to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Progress is measured not only by symptom reduction, but by improved self-awareness, healthier relationships, increased coping capacity, and greater alignment with personal values. Scheduling is flexible, and I offer both in-person and online sessions Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is thoughtful, compassionate, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, understood, and actively involved in their own growth. I work from an integrative, evidence-based framework that combines insight-oriented exploration with practical skill building, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, values, and life experiences. I help clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, while also offering concrete tools they can apply in daily life. Throughout the process, I emphasize pacing, choice, and empowerment, supporting clients in building resilience, healthier relationships, and sustainable change rather than quick fixes.

What you can expect from me

In a first session, clients can expect a welcoming, grounded space where we focus on getting to know one another and clarifying what has brought them to therapy. We will review relevant background, current concerns, and goals, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful. I will ask thoughtful questions to better understand emotional patterns, stressors, relationships, and strengths, and I will also take time to explain how therapy works and what clients can expect moving forward. The session is collaborative and non-judgmental, with room for both practical discussion and emotional reflection, so clients leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction and next steps.
