Great to meet you!

If you keep finding yourself in the same arguments, the same shutdowns, or the same loop of feeling more reactive than you want to be, you are not broken. There is often a younger version of you driving the bus in those moments. I work with teens, adults, and women navigating relationship strain, family of origin patterns, anxiety, and grief, including the kind that does not involve a death. Clients describe me as warm, steady, and easy to talk to, and they often say I notice what they did not realize they were sharing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and curious, drawing on Internal Family Systems, attachment based work, ACT, and CBT. In plain language, we get interested in the parts of you that show up in hard moments instead of trying to silence or shame them. I ask thoughtful questions, reflect back patterns I hear, and bring in tools that fit your real life, not a textbook. We move at your pace and focus on understanding what drives your reactions so they no longer run the show.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a real conversation rather than a script or checklist. I will ask what brought you in now, what has been weighing on you, and what you hope might feel different in the coming months. There is no pressure to have it all figured out and no required homework. By the end, you will have a clearer sense of how I work and a starting plan for what we will focus on, grounded in the same steady, down to earth energy I bring to the rest of my life.
