My specialties include transitional life changes, anxiety, depression, Asian-American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) challenges, interracial relationships, figuring out if your current relationship is right for you, dealing with controlling mothers/parents, stress from family expectations and coping with the impact of generational traumas.
My goal is to help you get the most out of therapy, grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
