Great to meet you!

Life can be challenging, and present us with stressful and difficult situations. I work with individuals to help process trauma and overcome these challenges.

My specialties include transitional life changes, anxiety, depression, Asian-American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) challenges, interracial relationships, figuring out if your current relationship is right for you, dealing with controlling mothers/parents, stress from family expectations and coping with the impact of generational traumas.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to help you get the most out of therapy, grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

I use an integrative approach that is dependent on what will benefit each individual the most.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to create a personal therapeutic relationship that is empathetic, accepting, and encouraging.

It is my priority to provide a safe and compassionate environment, so you can work through emotions without fear of judgment. I've been providing therapy for over 15 years and have heard everything. There is nothing to be embarrassed about!
