Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Melissa, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, family concerns, and life transitions. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges and building on their strengths. I especially enjoy working with young adults and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. Together, we’ll work to better understand patterns that may be contributing to stress or anxiety, develop practical coping skills, and build on your existing strengths. I tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss what brought you to therapy. We’ll explore your current concerns, identify goals, and begin creating a plan that feels right for you. My goal is to provide a welcoming environment where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable sharing at your own pace.
