Great to meet you!

You deserve to live a life that is balanced, fulfilling & meaningful. With the stressors & pressures of our society, it can be difficult to navigate your life’s roadmap. Therapy gives you the tools to learn from your past, be mindful in the present & pave the way for a brighter future. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, or other issues that interfere with your personal well-being, psychotherapy can help you access your innate ability to heal & thrive.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a psychodynamic approach & integrate modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, & somatic work to help clients move towards enhanced self-understanding, symptom reduction, & interpersonal well-being.

What you can expect from our first session

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma or a change in health, I feel your struggle is a valiant one worthy of respect, understanding & compassion. I would be honored if you chose to take that first step towards wellness with me.
