Great to meet you!

I believe healing begins in spaces where you feel safe, supported, and free to show up just as you are. I once heard therapy described as a space where two nervous systems can sit in one room together, and that has always stayed with me. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where you feel heard, accepted, and never judged. When we feel safe enough to let our guard down, healing can begin. At your own pace, we can work together to build tools, process painful experiences, and move through trauma with care and support. You do not have to carry everything on your own.

My approach to therapy

I am a EMDR-trained LCSW supporting adults through anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, trauma, and life transitions. With extensive experience in hospice and bereavement care, I help clients navigate complicated grief and complex trauma while fostering healing, self-compassion, and meaningful growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who truly shows up for you. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be yourself, without worrying about being judged or needing to have everything figured out. I know taking that first step can feel intimidating, so my hope is to make the process feel as relaxed, supportive, and encouraging as possible. Together, we'll build a relationship grounded in trust, respect, and genuine connection, creating space to explore your experiences with curiosity, process life's challenges, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.
