Great to meet you!

Welcome!

So glad you're here! I am LCSW bi-lingual therapist licensed in the New York. Born and raised in NYC and my passion is to help individuals be the best version of themselves in their current season in life. I have been in the field for over 7 years ranging from adolescents to late adulthood.

I graduated with my BSW from Dominican College of Blauvelt. My MSW was obtained from Fordham University.

I currently am available via telehealth only.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, I believe it's important to know not only what you are consuming mentally but also physically and how it is effecting you overall.

I also like to focus on strength based approach while honoring where you are in that moment.

Christian counseling can also be provided if you choose to incoporate your spiritual beliefs

What you can expect from me

When engaging in session you can expect to feel seen and heard as well as affirmed. My goal is to address any concerns/ stressors in a collaborative approach!

My ideal client is someone who would like to process and work through generational trauma and begin to heal for themselves as well as those in their bloodline.
