Great to meet you!

I value my place as a therapist in the mental health field. Through this I have been fortunate to be part of treatment positively impacting my client's lives. I create a safe, caring, and non-judgmental environment for all of my clients to be able to discuss and explore their thoughts and emotions. My goal as your therapist is to guide and support you through this journey of healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I have a background of established therapeutic styles including solution focused, goal oriented, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy. My goal is to help you rediscover your inner strength as well as find compassion for yourself during this healing process. We will work together to develop coping strategies that will help you achieve your goals for treatment.

What you can expect from me

My sessions are supportive and laid back. I want my clients to feel safe and respected during our time together. I want my clients to know that they are no longer on this journey alone.
