Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work from Florida Atlantic University, along with a certification in child welfare. I am professionally licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida. I completed my internship at the Pace Center for Girls, where I provided strength-based, trauma-informed therapy to girls both on campus and in the community. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and families in school settings, supporting those facing emotional and behavioral challenges. My clinical expertise spans a range of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and life skills development. With a client-centered and strengths-based approach, I integrate trauma-informed and cognitive behavioral interventions tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I am very client-centered and provide therapy through a trauma-informed, strengths-based lens. I believe in gently challenging clients to take meaningful steps toward their goals while always respecting their individual pace. Growth often happens at the edge of comfort, and I aim to provide encouragement, accountability, and structure without pushing beyond what feels safe or manageable. My role is to walk alongside clients, helping them stretch toward change while honoring their autonomy and timing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect each session to provide a supportive and safe space where honesty and openness are encouraged. They will experience empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental environment that fosters trust. Sessions will balance gentle encouragement with accountability—offering both compassion and tough love when needed—to help clients take steps toward their goals. Clients can also expect a therapist who celebrates their achievements with genuine excitement, reinforcing their progress and growth.
