Great to meet you!

Hi! I have been in the nursing field for 30+ years and am now beginning my own practice as a psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner. I enjoy giving back to my community and helping others to make their better life possible! I specialize in teens through adults with ADHD, depression, and anxiety with a special interest in women of childbearing age. Contact 629-321-1685 to be scheduled.

My approach to therapy

I work one on one with my clients to design a plan of care that meets them at the point in life they currently are. Working together, we can meet their goals for mental health growth.

What you can expect from me

During the first session with someone, we spend time-in person- getting comfortable with each other and I gather a detailed medical and psychological history of both the client and their family. Future goals are discussed at that point and a plan of care that meets the client’s needs. I believe that a plan including medications and individualized therapy can provide the best outcomes for most people. ALL 1st appointments are in person!
