Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master of Arts in Psychology Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. My clinical experience includes crisis intervention, residential substance use treatment, and outpatient counseling with adults from a wide range of backgrounds. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, relationship challenges, trauma, and major life transitions. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, better understand yourself, build practical coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in person-centered and existential therapy, emphasizing authenticity, meaning, self-awareness, and personal growth. I integrate interventions from CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and psychodynamic approaches to meet each client’s individual needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where we begin getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your concerns, experiences, strengths, and what you hope to gain from counseling. Together, we will begin identifying meaningful goals and developing a treatment approach that feels realistic, individualized, and aligned with what matters most to you.
