I am a Christian Counselor who holds a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy. In addition, I have a background in School Counseling. I love to work with youth and young adults but, am also willing to work with all ages.

My approach to therapy

First, I like to get to know my client and promote self-discovery. Then, I assess the situation and help the client identify unhealthy patterns and replace those with healthier behavior patterns. In addition, I give my clients tips on how to reduce their anxiety and how to incorporate more healthy coping mechanisms into their life.
