I am a therapist with a passion for helping clients who have experienced trauma in their lifetime or throughout the course of life. I am committed to coming alongside clients as they navigate the path to healing to ensure they have the best possible experience on their journey.

I help client build new neural networks that alleviate the symptoms of anxiety and hyperarousal that stem from traumatic events. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing as well as play therapy.

Clients can expect a warm, affirming, and patient approach. They can expect to leave sessions feeling better than when they came and to see progress in their growth toward healing.
