Great to meet you!

I work with adults who feel stuck in anxiety, trauma, burnout, or major life transitions and want more than just coping; they want real, lasting change. My style is warm and direct. I ask thoughtful questions and help you better understand yourself so you can move forward with clarity and confidence. I’m EMDR-trained and support clients in trauma recovery, identity development, and healthier relationships. If you’re ready to do meaningful work in a space that feels both supportive and honest, I’m here to help.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured, collaborative, and focused on progress. Together, we identify what’s keeping you stuck and develop practical tools that support change between sessions; not just insight during them. I integrate EMDR and other evidence-based methods to help process difficult experiences and build emotional resilience. Therapy with me is active, intentional, and centered on helping you feel more grounded in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time understanding what’s bringing you in and what you hope will feel different. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance....just show up as you are. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and help you start making sense of what’s been weighing on you. By the end of the session, most clients feel clearer and more grounded about next steps.
