Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping moms and stepmoms navigate the unique, often overwhelming challenges of blended family life. Whether you are struggling with the emotional weight of co-parenting, feeling invisible in your role as a stepmother, or managing the anxiety that comes with family transitions, I provide a space where you can feel heard and supported. My goal is to help you move from "survival mode" to a place of confidence, clarity, and peace within your home.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is active, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I utilize Structural Family Therapy and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to help you identify unhelpful patterns and replace them with practical strategies that work in real-time. I believe therapy should be more than just talking; it should provide you with the tools to regulate your emotions, set firm boundaries, and build a resilient family system. We will work together to ensure you feel empowered to lead your family with intention.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know your unique family story and identifying your most pressing concerns. We’ll discuss what a "successful" outcome looks like for you and begin sketching out a roadmap to get there. My priority is to ensure you feel comfortable and understood from day one. You can expect a warm, non-judgmental environment where we can be honest about the complexities of parenting and start building a plan for lasting change.
