Great to meet you!

Building on my comprehensive experience in anxiety, ADHD, and burnout in healthcare professionals, I guide clients from merely surviving to thriving, addressing not just symptoms but root causes with a holistic approach. Women's and LGBTQ needs are also a practice area for me. My passion as a therapist is to support clients at every step towards achieving lasting well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the expert on you and my approach to therapy is to empower you to identify the things that need to change and provide you with the tools you need to make that change.

What you can expect from me

Throughout our lives, we develop beliefs, values, and behaviors and use them as tools for living. How we encounter daily life is molded through life-long experiences (positive and negative) that occur in our home/school/social/work environments and these encounters impact our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. Therapy is an opportunity to look at our lives through a different lens to bring new meaning and purpose to life.
