Great to meet you!

My clinical experience includes a broad range of mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, medical issues and chronic pain, existential issues around death and dying, as well as working with neurodivergent individuals. I enjoy working with young adults all the way through to those dealing with ageing issues.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with a strengths-based approach. Together we can explore what makes you unique in order to re-discover your sense of meaning and purpose in life. I encourage present-moment awareness as a path to emotional freedom.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to not only be validated but also lovingly challenged to either examine their thoughts, set clearer boundaries, learn new skills for distress tolerance or to feel their burden of grief, depression lightened a bit by sharing and having someone "stand witness" to their suffering.
