Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Melody and have been a counselor for over 16 years. My passion is in helping people become a more authentic version of themselves through a trauma informed, cognitive, and expressive lens. My focus is in helping Asian Americans, immigrant communities, marginalized groups, and those who may feel invisible, find their voice.

My approach to therapy

I believe in using holistic and culturally sensitive approach to healing. Sessions are conducted like a conversation aiming to challenge and support when necessary.
