Great to meet you!

I graduated from Regis University in Denver with a Master's of Science in Nursing specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health. I am a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I have more than 10 years of experience in health care and am dedicated to working with patients experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, attentional and cognitive concerns, as well as other mental health conditions.

I believe that holistic approaches to complex mental health problems make up the most effective treatments, integrating mind, body, and spirit. I will work with you to first fully understand your symptoms prior to offering various medication options, and will incorporate sleep, diet, exercise, and counseling approaches to provide the most benefit.

I live in Boulder, Colorado, with my husband and 2 wonderful daughters, and enjoy camping, mountain biking, and skiing in the Colorado mountains.

My approach to therapy

My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care that helps patients restore balance, resilience, and well-being. I am dedicated to supporting individuals living with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, sleep disorders, attentional and cognitive challenges, and other mental health conditions.

I believe in a holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and spirit, recognizing that true healing goes beyond symptoms to embrace the whole person. By combining thoughtful psychiatric treatment with a focus on lifestyle, wellness, and individualized care, I empower patients to move forward with clarity, stability, and renewed hope.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental space where we’ll take the time to get to know each other. I’ll conduct a thorough psychiatric evaluation to understand your current concerns, history, and goals. Together, we’ll begin building a personalized treatment plan that supports your needs and empowers you to take meaningful steps toward well-being. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
