Great to meet you!

Sometimes we carry things for so long that they start to feel like part of who we are—until we pause long enough to notice the weight. Therapy can be that pause: a space to set things down, take a closer look, and decide what you want to carry forward.

I offer a collaborative, supportive space to build awareness, better understand your patterns, and reconnect with what matters most to you. From there, we can begin making intentional shifts that feel aligned, sustainable, and true to who you are.

My background includes work across school systems, community mental health, college counseling, and inpatient settings. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and the impact of trauma, including experiences that continue to shape how they think, feel, and relate to others.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in curiosity. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model—instead, I work with you to better understand the patterns, thoughts, and emotional responses that shape your experience, including those that may have developed as ways of coping or adapting over time.

I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care, while keeping the focus on what feels most relevant and helpful for you. Together, we’ll slow things down, build awareness, and explore what aligns with your values so you can begin making intentional, sustainable changes.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space to ease in—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you’re ready for. We’ll spend time getting a sense of what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been navigating, and what you’re hoping might feel different.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, but just as importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to get a feel for me and how I work. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, a little more grounded, and with a clearer sense of what working together might look like.
