Great to meet you!

It's Good to Meet You!!

Reaching out for counseling can feel overwhelming, and it’s important to find a therapist who helps you feel comfortable and supported. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and life experiences without judgment.

With more than 30 years of counseling experience, I began my work in pastoral counseling and have spent the past seven years practicing as a professional counselor. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families, with a primary focus on supporting adult women (18+) who are navigating life transitions, personal challenges, and emotional struggles.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person deserves the opportunity to express their fears, pain, and needs honestly. In our work together, we will explore your story, increase self-awareness, and develop practical steps toward the life you want to live. I aim to support your growth while gently challenging patterns or thoughts that may be holding you back from becoming your most authentic self.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we will break down concerns into manageable steps while creating space for healing, growth, and renewed confidence. I look forward to walking alongside you in your journey toward greater clarity and well-being.
