Great to meet you!

I have a long history of working with patients with chronic diseases. As an LCSW, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. I take a client-centered, solution-focused approach when working with clients. I have a warm personality, and I look forward to working with you!

My approach to therapy

I believe in an individualized approach to therapy. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

In the initial session, you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
