Great to meet you!

Hello, My name is Melody LeVane. I’ve been a licensed therapist in Texas for over 15 years. I graduated from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. I have experience working with adults, couples, adolescents, and families.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed and holistic, blending mind and body. I’m strength-based and collaborative. While I use elements from various therapeutic modalities, my primary focus is on providing Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. However, I also use elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology, the Gottman Method, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide clients with a safe, accepting space where they can see things in a new light and try out new habits. My goal is that clients leave sessions feeling empowered, seen, and equipped with new tools to face current and future challenges ahead.
