Great to meet you!

I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, especially during the peripartum period. I focus on tools and strategies that help you create a meaningful life in spite of the struggle.

My approach to therapy

I have experience treating trauma (especially birth trauma and sexual abuse), anxiety, and depression. I work with individuals and couples to learn healthier ways to relate when trauma or mental health struggles get in the way. I use treatments like Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure to help you move past the places where you've been stuck.

What you can expect from me

During our fist session, we will get to know each other and set goals for our work together. I'll try to "get it" the best I can so that I can offer support and practical tools to help you with whatever you're facing.
