Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Melody. Making the decision to move forward with seeking therapy is a huge step. From the moment you step through my door, you’ve already got someone in your corner. My education in Counseling Psychology and Board Certification in Behavior Analysis along with my experience has given me the ability to provide counseling in multiple areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, family issues, teen/adolescent issues, child issues, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and ADHD, and others.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to work together with you to help you identify thought patterns and behaviors, process your emotions, and explore your values and beliefs. Today’s world makes it more difficult for us to find ways to create healthy coping skills but, we’ll build those healthy skills together. It may not always be easy, but it will certainly be worth it.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to assist clients in having a better sense of self awareness and internal health, setting solid boundaries, as well as making and maintaining healthy relationships with themselves and others in a supportive, calm, accepting, and safe environment. It's important to remember, we all struggle sometimes—we just have to know when to ask for help. I would love the opportunity to see how I could be of assistance to you.
