Great to meet you!

Why continue to struggle alone with this? I have been working in the field for over 14 years with various populations and in various settings from clinics, agencies, and emergency rooms. I truly believe that both good and bad stress can have effects on a person’s mental health. All people need someone to talk to at various times of their lives. Support is not a weakness it is a need!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer supports that are individualized to my client’s needs. I use various therapy modalities such as Solution Focused, Cognitive-Behavioral and all those which are effective for my client’s mental health needs. I cater my schedule to the needs of my clients.

What you can expect from our first session

I would be honored to have the privilege of accompanying you on this journey as you seek the skills to improve yourself and figure out those next steps.
