Great to meet you!

The mantra of our practice is: "Your potential. Our Focus." At Behavioral Management Group, we subscribe to an action-oriented, yet collaborative approach to help our clients optimize their potential. While we have provided behavioral health services for nearly 20 years, which has afforded us the opportunity to work with various clinical concerns, specific treatment areas include: older adolescent and adult depression and anxiety, parenting challenges, relationship/couples concerns, and workplace performance issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques — practical, collaborative, and focused on real change. Together, we'll explore the thought patterns that may be keeping you stuck and identify small, meaningful shifts you can make to move forward. You can expect to leave sessions with clarity, tools you can use between visits, and a clearer sense of your next step.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, a life transition, or relationship challenges, my goal is to help you feel more grounded and in control. I aim to create a warm, judgment-free space where you feel genuinely heard — you don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know you — what's bringing you in, what you've already tried, and what you'd like to feel different. I'll ask thoughtful questions and listen closely, while also gently challenging the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My style blends genuine support with honest feedback, because real growth happens when you feel both safe and stretched. By the end of our first session, you'll walk away with a clear sense of direction — including a defined action plan and concrete next steps tailored to your goals. You won't leave wondering "what now?" My hope is that you'll feel heard, hopeful, and ready to start making real progress in your life.
