Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with experience supporting individuals through emotional, behavioral, academic, and life challenges. My background includes school counseling, special education, ADHD support, crisis intervention, and mental health counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. I strive to create a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore personal growth and healing. I take a collaborative approach to treatment, helping clients build practical coping skills, emotional resilience, confidence, and healthy life strategies tailored to their individual needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized to each client’s unique needs and goals. I focus on creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges, building insight, and developing healthy coping strategies. I incorporate strengths-based and solution-focused techniques while helping clients improve emotional regulation, communication, self-esteem, and overall wellness. My experience includes working with anxiety, ADHD, behavioral concerns, life transitions, school-related stressors, and emotional challenges across children, adolescents, and adults.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment during their first session. The initial appointment focuses on getting to know the client, discussing current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals for therapy. Together, we will begin identifying areas of focus and develop a plan tailored to the client’s individual needs and comfort level. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the therapeutic process moving forward.
