Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is a collaborative effort, and that, therapy works for those that work it. My ultimate goal is to assist clients in establishing attainable goals, and supporting them as they work to obtain improved functioning overall in their daily lives. I received both my Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education from the University of St. Thomas, in Houston, and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2018.

My approach to therapy

As a practitioner, I have gained experience across the spectrum of mental health issues and frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and a strengths-based approach as appropriate. I also incorporate Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

I offer clients a supportive space to explore thoughts and feelings with someone they can trust. Clients I serve can expect to gain improved awareness and coping skills that will help with improved functioning in their lives.
