Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes that healing happens best in spaces that are safe, honest, and non-judgmental. I work with those who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the effects of trauma.

My approach is collaborative and practical. We will focus on understanding what’s showing up in your life, identifying patterns that may be holding you back, and developing tools you can use in real-world situations. I don’t believe in perfection—I believe in progress.

Clients often describe me as direct, supportive, and easy to talk to. I meet you where you are while also helping you move toward where you want to be. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something different, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. I believe you are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you—helping you gain insight, build skills, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

I use a person-centered and strengths-based framework, meaning we focus on who you are beyond your struggles and build on what is already working. I also practice from a trauma-informed lens, recognizing how past experiences can shape present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies to help you identify unhelpful patterns, challenge negative thinking, and develop practical coping tools you can apply in everyday life. Sessions are balanced between reflection and action—so you leave with clarity and tangible next steps.

Above all, I aim to create a safe, honest, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused on getting to know you — not judging you.

We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you would like to see change. I’ll ask some questions about your history, current stressors, coping patterns, and support system to better understand the full picture. You are always in control of what and how much you share.

We’ll also discuss your goals and begin identifying practical next steps. If appropriate, I may introduce initial coping tools or strategies you can start using right away.

Most importantly, the first session is about building comfort and trust. You can expect a respectful, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood.
