Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor in Florida with over ten years of experience working with clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, motivation, self-esteem, confidence issues, HIV-positive clients, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, substance use disorders, recently incarcerated, first responders, veterans, and military spouses. I have experience with clients of many different cultural diversities and concerns.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I do not believe that one style of counseling works for everyone. My therapeutic modalities vary with each client. I always show empathy and genuine concern for the clients. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe in personalizing the client's treatment plan to meet their unique and specific needs.

What you can expect from our first session

I always try to meet the client where they are currently. I believe that the client is in control of their own destiny. I am only there to help guide the client into making their own decisions.
