Great to meet you!

Hello,

I’m Melvina. I’m passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and pursue meaningful change. With many years of experience in counseling and coaching, I strive to create a welcoming, respectful space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, and I believe that growth and healing are possible for everyone. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that every person has a unique story and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. When you work with me, we journey together, recognizing that you are the expert in your own life and that open, honest communication is essential. Through meaningful dialogue and attentive listening, my hope is that you will experience “aha” moments that help you move forward in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where you are invited to share your story at your own pace. We will begin getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to counseling, and identifying the goals or outcomes you hope to achieve. My role is to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and work collaboratively with you to begin developing a plan that supports your growth and well-being.
