Great to meet you!

Great to meet you, I have over 10 years clinical experience working in the Social Work field. I have worked in community mental health in a multitude of roles serving people from all walks of life. I have my Master of Social Work from West Virginia University. I have enjoyed providing individual and group care to help people meet their goals.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in meeting you where you are, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, emotions, and challenges. I will work collaboratively with you to help you better understand your thoughts and feelings, identify your strengths, and develop meaningful goals. Together, we will create an individualized treatment plan that reflects your needs, values, and readiness for change. I view therapy as a partnership, empowering you to take an active role in your healing and growth while providing support, guidance, and evidence-based interventions along the way.

What you can expect from me

During our first appointment, my primary goal is to help you feel comfortable, welcomed, and at ease. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is an important foundation for meaningful work together. I want to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and valued, and where you can share your experiences without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll begin getting to know one another and establishing a safe environment where healing and growth can occur.
